Jim Newberry, BOCPO, LP, LO, Course Instructor

Jim has been active in the O&P industry since 1971, earning his BS in Orthotics and Prosthetics from NYU in 1981. He is CEO and Director of Orthotics at Mahnke's O&P Inc. in Hollywood, FL. He is Immediate Past Chairman of BOC, and has served that board in various functions since 1984. He served on CMS's NegReg committee in 2002-2003. He has privileges in twelve South Florida hospitals. His practice, including two satellite clinics, involves the entire scope of O&P practice from pediatric to geriatric, and from Pedorthics to diabetic foot clinics to halos. He is Orthotic Coordinator at East Coast Clinic / Elks Children's Clinic in Florida. He is an active guest lecturer in both the Nova University and Lynn University Physical Therapy programs. He has served as an orthotic fitter lecturer since 1986.
